Returns Policy
To return a faulty record, tape pack or CD please
telephone us on +44 (0)1582 662449 for return authorisation.
Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the
invoice with your return, and wrap the package securely.
(Usually the packaging in that they arrive in can be used
for the return).
IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEND ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY.
The maximum postage refunded for any recorded item refunded
will be £2.00. We will replace faulty items with the same
title or refund back to a credit card if the title is no
longer available.

Exchanges
Unfortunately we cannot exchange items unless they are
received faulty or the wrong title is received incorrectly.
Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have
received and processed the returned item. Please note that
we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result
of our error.
Testing
We do test every single return, if a returned item is found
not to be faulty by our test centre we will return the discs
with a postage charge not exceeding £2.00. We advise you to
check items on a second make and model of player before returning.
